Painting Birthday Parties -AtelierRoshi Painting Birthday Parties at AtelierRoshi – Children & Adults Make your next celebration a meaningful and creative experience at AtelierRoshi — where art, connection, and joy come together in a beautifully personal setting. ⸻ Packages & Pricing Children’s Painting Party • Starting package: CHF 725 for up to 5 children • For groups larger than 5, an additional CHF 72.50 per child applies • Includes all essential sketching and painting materials • Children receive individual canvases — activities can also be adapted to include mosaic or collage art and more based on your preference • A variety of simple snacks, fresh fruits, and nibbles are provided Adult Creative Gathering • Starting package: CHF 725 for up to 5 adults • For groups larger than 5, an additional CHF 92 per person applies • All materials for a relaxed and inspiring art session are included • Options include painting, mixed media, or mosaic-style activities and many more • For adult events, we’re happy to help you arrange Aperol, finger food, or a curated meal with drinks, if desired ⸻ Duration Each session includes 2 hours of creative celebration If you’d like to extend the gathering (e.g. for cake-cutting or gift opening), extra time can be added at a flat rate of CHF 120 per additional hour ⸻ Customization Options • You’re welcome to bring your own cake, drinks, or decorations • We’re also happy to discuss custom setups, including aperitifs, catering, or décor — and we can connect you with trusted third-party vendors if needed Let us help you create a memorable birthday celebration that’s as unique and thoughtful as the people you’re gathering for. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Thank you for choosing AtelierRoshi for your creative experience. Please note the following general terms regarding cancellations for workshops, private sessions, and event bookings: 1. Cancellations & Charges Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the scheduled session or event will incur a 50% cancellation fee, as significant planning, materials, and time are reserved in advance. 2. Non-Refundable Bookings Payments made for workshops and private events are generally non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding that your booking secures both time and preparation specifically dedicated to your session. 3. Exceptional Circumstances In the case of illness, family emergency, or other serious matters, we ask that you reach out to us as soon as possible. Where possible, a credit voucher may be issued for future use at AtelierRoshi. 4. Communication & Requests All cancellations or changes must be made in writing via email to info@atelierroshi.com.
